Returns and Refunds

At Move with Christ, LLC, our mission is to glorify God in all we do. As part of this commitment, we strive to offer excellent products and customer service that reflect our Christ-centered values. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and fair process.

General Return Guidelines: Returns must be initiated via email within 15 days of the delivery date. - All items returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service at movewithchrist.help@gmail.com before returning any items.

Move Mats: Move mats may be returned but are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The mat must be unused and undamaged. If the mat is found to be not resalable upon inspection, no refund will be issued.

all Other Items: All other items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and at the customer's cost. Upon inspection, if the items are in their original condition, a refund minus the cost of shipping, will be issued.

all gift card purchases are final. Gift Cards will not expire.

Please note we cannot offer exchanges or store credit at this time*

Damaged & Defective Items: 

If you receive a damaged item, contact our customer care team at movewithchrist.help@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your product. If the notification occurs outside of this window, we can no longer process the return. All damaged goods require a submitted photo to be reviewed. Please include any damaged or defective areas in the photo.

Cancellations:

Please note that our orders CANNOT be cancelled, changed or modified after checkout due to our quick turnaround and processing times.  

Lost or stolen goods:

move with Christ cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what happened.
